Tamarack Court offers 5 different styles of senior apartments in spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts. Each apartment has a stacked washer/dryer, full kitchenette, gas/water/electric/heat, cable television, individually controlled heating and air, weekly light housekeeping and more.
Your monthly rate also includes: 3 meals and 2 snacks daily, 24 hour pendant emergency response system, 24 hour awake staff, and a safety check system to check on residents 3 times per day. For additional amenities included in the Housing Services rates please see the Amenities section below.

- Stripes Package (5,001 - 6,000 minutes per month) $6,900.00
- for services greater than 6,000 minutes, an additional $1,150/month
